Who We Are
Westminster Round is Whitworth's English department club. We are concerned primarily with providing opportunities for English majors to attend and participate in literary events, both on and off campus, and with allowing English majors to socialize and relax outside of the classroom, whether that is drinking coffee together over Dickens, or hearing Sherman Alexie speak downtown at The Met. We also care greatly about our university community. We host on-campus events in order to increase awareness of literary subjects, to demonstrate the multi-faceted skills and talents of our English majors, and when that is all done, to have fun.
