The committee is charged with the task of creating the ASWU budget for the following academic year.

The ASWU President's Cabinet comprises students and faculty at Whitworth that assemble to guide and advise the leadership of the ASWU President. The ASWU President's Committee comprises a variety of Whitworth students, student leaders, faculty, and administration in attempt to guide the ASWU President and Assembly regarding issues faced by Whitworth students and to develop meaningful ways to address these concerns. If you would like to serve on this committee, please contact the ASWU president. ASWU Student Elections Committee The purpose of the Student Elections Committee (SEC) is to conduct all elections. This includes establishing a timetable for all elections, due dates, hours, and availability of petitions, providing ballots, conducting elections, counting votes, developing campaign guidelines, and posting the results of all elections. The SEC is also responsible for determining proper candidate conduct and consequences to violations of campaign conduct.

Constitution Revision Committee The fundamental responsibility of the Constitution Revision Committee is to review and revise the ASWU Constitution and By-Laws as directed by the President or Vice-President. The committee is composed of assembly members, coordinators, a variety of students-at-large, and chaired by the Executive Vice President. Any revisions by the committee must be approved by the assembly. If you would like to serve on this committee contact the Executive Vice-President at 509. 777.4556. The Services Committee comprises the Executive Vice-President, an Assembly member, and a variety of students-at-large. The goal of the committee is to gain an understanding of the services rendered to Whitworth students and the level of customer satisfaction experienced (i.e. Bookstore, Sodexho, Financial Aid Office, Registrar, etc.). The Services Committee is designed to represent student sentiment regarding services received and translate these into suggestions and solutions for the administration and faculty. This will help ensure students are satisfied with the services they receive at Whitworth. Mission: The Shared Governance Committee takes a proactive approach to increasing student representation on faculty committees and taskforces, in an effort to open formal avenues for student input in the administrative decision making of the college. Striving to uphold the mission, vision and values of ASWU, the Shared Governance Committee shall serve as the liaison between ASWU and faculty committees.
