If you have not yet visited campus, schedule your visit now. There is no better way to discover if Whitworth is the right place for you than to experience it for yourself. We have a variety of ways to visit, from daily tours to overnight visit programs. Your visit will provide an opportunity for you to sit in on a class, spend a night in one of our residence halls, mingle with current Whitworth students, eat in our dining hall, learn about the financial aid process, and engage in campus life.
+ Help Us Help You Afford Whitworth
The financial aid office staff welcomes you to Whitworth. We look forward to assisting you in the process of receiving financial aid. The following is a timeline that includes links to online processes. View the timeline here.
If you have questions related to your financial aid letter, loans, or need-based financial aid, your financial aid counselor is here to help! You can reach the financial aid front desk at 509.777.4340, or toll free by calling 800.533.4668 and selecting option 2 for financial aid.
+ Find Your New Home
Whitworth University offers a one-of-a-kind on-campus living experience. From larger, multi-level residence halls to smaller, quieter halls, we offer a "home away from home" for every type of student. And with 10-plus different living options, students have plenty of choices. The only hard part is narrowing it down to just one or two great residence halls.
- Explore our residence halls.
- Complete the Housing Preference Form (username and password are provided by mail after a student submits his or her deposit).
- Contact your future roommate (roommate information is mailed after July 15).
+ Submit Your Health Forms
Incoming students at Whitworth University are required to complete the Whitworth University Health and Counseling Center Health History and Immunization Form (available as a Word document or a printable PDF file). All information in this form remains confidential. Please complete the form in its entirety, then submit the form, along with any additional documents, by June 15, 2013. Completed forms may be printed and submitted via fax or mail to:

Beginning Aug. 1, 2013, full-time undergraduate students will be required to have medical insurance. Students with existing medical insurance coverage may waive the university's program; otherwise, student bills will include a charge payment for the university's plan that conforms to federal medical insurance requirements. We have a plan that is competitive with available plans and that may actually be less expensive than adding a student to a parent's private insurance program. Information about this plan will be provided later in the summer.
+ Pay the Bill. Sigh.
Now that you've been admitted, it's time to plan your finances. Welcome to the Whitworth Office of Student Accounting Services. More...

Transfer Students: Check out the Fall 2013 Transfer Registration Guide
In these guides you will find valuable information to help you register for classes for fall semester 2013. The Whitworth Admissions Office will be calling you in the next few months to schedule a phone appointment with a registration advisor, which will take place this summer. Please spend time looking through the Freshman or Transfer Registration Guide prior to your registration appointment.
+ What Else Do I Need to Know?
The Whitworth Office of Alumni & Parent Relations, in cooperation with the Whitworth Office of Admissions, invites incoming students and their families to join us at a summer dessert reception hosted by current parents or parents of recent graduates. The schedule for the 2013 Summer Sendoffs has not yet been finalized. Check back this spring. We can't wait to see you in the fall!
