You've Been Admitted… What's Next?
Information for Admitted Freshmen and Transfers
+ Guarantee Your Spot
Submitting your enrollment deposit is the next step to becoming a Whitworth student. Your $350 deposit can be paid electronically and will be credited toward your housing and tuition expenses when you come to campus.
Remember, submitting your enrollment deposit not only guarantees your spot in the Class of 2016; it also connects you to our housing department and allows you to give your housing preferences for next fall.
Your enrollment deposit is refundable until May 1, so if you do decide to make other plans you can still get your money back.

+ Experience Whitworth for Yourself
If you have not yet visited campus, schedule your visit now. There is no better way to discover if Whitworth is the right place for you than to experience it for yourself. We have a variety of ways to visit, from daily tours to all-day visit programs. Your visit will provide an opportunity for you to sit in on a class, spend a night in one of our residence halls, mingle with current Whitworth students, eat in our dining hall, learn about the financial aid process, and engage in campus life.
+ Help Us Help You Afford Whitworth
The financial aid office staff welcomes you to Whitworth. We look forward to assisting you in the process of receiving financial aid. The following is a timeline that includes links to online processes. View the timeline here.
If you have questions related to your financial aid letter, loans, or need-based financial aid, your financial aid counselor is here to help! You can reach the financial aid front desk at 509.777.4340, or toll free by calling 800.533.4668 and selecting option 2 for financial aid.
+ Find Your New Home
Whitworth University offers a one-of-a-kind on-campus living experience. From larger, multi-level residence halls to smaller, quieter halls, we offer a "home away from home" for every type of student. And with 10-plus different living options, students have plenty of choices. The only hard part is narrowing it down to just one or two great residence halls.
- Explore our residence halls.
- Complete the Housing Preference Form (username and password are provided by mail after a student submits his or her deposit).
- Contact your future roommate (roommate information is mailed after July 15).
