Named 2009 NWC Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year; 2009  NCAA West Region Womens Cross Country Coach of the Year; 2011 NWC Men's Track and Field Coach of the Year; 2010 NWC Men's Cross Country Coach of the Year; 2011 and 2010  NCAA West Region Men’s Indoor Track and Field Coach of the Year; 2010  NWC Mens Track and Field Coach of the Year; 2010  NCAA West Region Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Coach of the Year; 2008 Northwest Conference Track and Field Male Coach of the Year and 2008 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field West Region Men's Coach of the Year.

Coach of the 2011, 2010 and 2008 NWC Track and Field Men's Champions and 2008 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field West Region men's 3rd place team. During the 2009 season, the men’s team finished third at the NCAA Indoor Championships and sixth at the Outdoor Championships while bringing home two individual national champions and nine All-Americans.

Named USTFCCCA NCAA Division III Women's Indoor Track and Field Coach of the Year, West Region (2007); named Northwest Conference Men's Track and Field Coach of the Year (2000); named NCAA Division III West Region Men's Track and Field Coach of the Year (2000).

Demonstrated exercises for Whitworth Track and Field Speed Development and Conditioning DVD, 2nd ed. (2007); presented the third Annual Whitworth Cross Country Coaches Clinic (2006); presented third annual Whitworth Track and Field Speed Development and Conditioning Coaching Clinic (2007).
