All of Whitworth's football games in 2008 will be broadcast on KSBN 1230 am in Spokane. In addition all men's Northwest Conference basketball games and all away women's basketball NWC games for the 2008-09 season will be heard on the same station. Whitworth is happy to continue a relationship with KSBN that has existed for more than ten years.

Bob CastleBob Castle, whose voice has become synonymous with Whitworth athletics on the radio, is back as the voice of the Pirates in 2009-2010. Bob has called Whitworth games for the past nine seasons, as well as in 1997-98. Bob has more than eighteen years in radio. He is also the host of Cat Mornings on 93.7 The Cat. Bob is also the program director for 93.7 The Cat, Fox Sports Radio 1510 KGA and 790 KJRB. Bob's experience as a sports broadcaster includes stints as the voice of Spokane Indians Baseball, Gonzaga University baseball and Washington State women's basketball.
