SPOKANE, Wash. - Overnight snow accumulation on Diana Marks Field, plus forecasted cold temperatures throughout the day on Sunday have forced the cancellation of the Northwest Conference softball doubleheader between George Fox and Whitworth.

The games cannot be made up.

Whitworth (8-12 overall, 4-6 NWC) will try to extend a three-game winning streak next weekend during a Northwest Conference series at Puget Sound.
