SPOKANE, Wash. - Because of heavy snow accumulation overnight, and cold wind-chill conditions, the 2008 Buc Scoring Invitational has been cancelled.

Most participating schools had already cancelled plans to attend the meet. But the Community Colleges of Spokane team had still planned on participating today with Whitworth University.

Whitworth Track and Field head coach Toby Schwarz made the final decision on Saturday morning to cancel the meet based on situations at Boppell Track.

The Sam Adams Classic, scheduled for April 5th, will go on as scheduled.
