Airport

Spokane International Airport is a 25-minute drive from campus. Car rentals, taxis, and bus service are available from the airport. Airlines currently serving Spokane include Alaska, Allegiant Air, American Airlines/U.S. Airways, Delta, FlyFrontier.com, Horizon, Southwest and United. Train

The Amtrak station is located at 221 W. First Ave., near downtown Spokane. Call 509.624.5144 for information.

Bus

Bus: Greyhound and Trailways bus terminals are located at 221 W. First Ave., near downtown Spokane. Call 509.624.5251 for Greyhound and 509.838.5262 for Trailways.

City Bus

Spokane Transit Authority schedules are available at the Information Desk in the HUB. This local bus line serves major areas within Spokane County. Several STA bus stops are located near campus. Call 509.328.7433 or visit www.spokanetransit.com for detailed route and schedule information.

Whitworth Shuttle Service

The Associated Students of Whitworth University Shuttle Service provides transportation among the airport, bus/train terminals and campus. The cost is $10 each way. Advance reservations are required. For heavy-usage times, the registration deadline is at least two weeks in advance, so students must watch for signs and emails that include the actual deadlines. Advance payment is required. Directions to Whitworth

From Interstate 90, take the Division Street off-ramp (exit 281), then follow the Division/Ruby corridor north seven miles to Hawthorne Road (Shell Station on the right, Jack in the Box on the left). Turn left on Hawthorne and drive one-and-one-half blocks to the main university entrance, on your right.
