Group Visit

Group visits are offered to high schools, community groups, and organizations consisting of 10 or more guests, ages 9th grade and older. Reservations for group visits are required and must be made at least two weeks in advance. During a group visit, guests may participate in a campus tour, admissions presentation and/or a meal in the dining hall.  Class visitations, a student panel and overnight stays are available on a limited basis when school is in session. Please note that all tours are walking tours.

Group size is limited to 60, not including chaperones. (For overnight stays, group size is limited to 20 males and 20 females. On-campus housing is only available for student guests and they will be hosted by current students in a residence hall). Please be aware that chaperones are required to attend all activities with students.

Dining on campus is available at a discounted rate of $6.25 per person, and payment can be accepted in the form of cash, check or purchase order. Meals will be billed according to the final count given to the admissions office at least one week prior to your visit.

Your visit is not confirmed until you receive a special notice from the Whitworth Admissions Office.

If your group arrives more than 30 minutes late, there is no guarantee that a tour guide will be available; therefore, it may be necessary to cancel your tour.

Note: If you are planning visits to other colleges in the area, Whitworth is approximately 30 minutes from Gonzaga University and one hour from Eastern Washington University.
