Jazz Concert The 2009 Guest Artist for the 20th annual Whitworth Fall Jazz Concert is alto saxophonist Lee Konitz. Konitz was recently named a 2009 Jazz Master by the National Endowment of the Arts – our nation’s highest award in jazz. He will be performing as guest soloist with the award winning Whitworth University Jazz Ensemble.
