Group Fitness Classes

Dance Aerobics

Come join us for some high energy dance fitness at dance aerobics. All skills and abilities are welcome to participate. There is no cost to attend, so bring your friends and come dance the night away.

When: Thursdays (7-8 p.m.) and Tuesdays (7:30-8:30 p.m.)

Where: Ballet loft at the fieldhouse

Total Body Circuit Training

A fitness class geared towards muscle toning, improving cardiovascular fitness, and muscle endurance. These workouts are focused on performing exercises in coached circuits, based on either time or repetitions. Come prepared to sweat.

When: Sundays, 4-5 p.m.

Where: U-Rec Court #3

Water Aerobics

This one-hour class is fun, challenging, and set to music. On average, a participant will burn around 400-700 calories per class. Furthermore, by attending water aerobics, participants will be improving their muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. And the best part about it, all of this is done without putting pressure on your joints!

When: Thursdays, 8-9 p.m.

Where: Aquatics Center
