Group Fitness Classes: Fall classes 2022

Cross Fit group class

When: Tues/Thursday from 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Where: U-Rec
What is it: This is a student lead training session aiming to provide short workouts targeting speed and strength. This group promotes a community of students to advance personal fitness and encourage one another. Learn about more complex bar movement and HIIT workouts.
