Transcript Orders

Whitworth University is in transition from Parchment to a new transcript vendor, in an effort to make this process simpler and more efficient for our students. Currently, the new vendor is experiencing some technical issues; they are working to get our transcript orders functioning as soon as possible. Please visit this page on July 2 for information and navigation to our new transcript ordering system.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts may be obtained via Self-Service as well as in the Whitworth Registrar's Office with photo identification during regular business hours. Unofficial transcripts cannot be mailed, emailed or faxed.

To access your unofficial transcript online, log in to Pirate Port. Open Self-Service, click on Academics, then Student Planning, then Unofficial Transcripts.
