Featured - Panel
Adds featured panel to the page. Applying the pattern theme will force the panel to push the images to the end of the screen

How to Use
A two-column feature panel with an image on one side and text with up to two buttons on the other. Use the checkboxes to flip the image to the right, offset it, or enable the journey mark pattern overlay. Supports both a static image (four responsive sizes) and an optional YouTube video URL. Select a theme colour to control the background.
