Possible Sanctions

Possible sanctions if a student is found responsible for violating a behavior policy:  

1. Educational sanction(s)/examples: A-G are typically assigned for a students first violation of policy  
   1. Reflection paper or assignment 
   2. Fine 
   3. Restitution
   4. Community service 
   5. Mentoring
   6. Online learning modules 
   7. Short answer reflections 
2. Behavioral probation (Typically assigned for a students second or third violation of policy)
3. Behavioral suspension (Typically assigned for a students second or third violation of policy)
4. Suspension (Typically assigned for a students second or third violation of policy)
5. Suspension in abeyance (Typically assigned for a students second or third violation of policy)
6. Expulsion (Typically assigned for a students second or third violation of policy)
