Immunizations
New incoming students are required to submit information on their vaccination status prior to coming to campus. Please see the required immunizations and recommended immunizations below. Please go to the online Student Health Portal and select the My Forms tab. Select and complete the applicable immunization form and submit via the portal.
Immunization Requirements
Whitworth University students are required to submit an Immunization History Form via the Student Health Portal. Keeping the campus community healthy is a priority; therefore, certain immunizations are required.

- Measles/Mumps/Rubella
- Meningococcal ACWY
- COVID-19 (primary series only)
Recommended Immunizations
- COVID-19 Booster
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Human papilloma virus (HPV)
- Influenza Pneumococcal pneumonia (for high-risk populations only)
- Polio Serogroup B Meningococcal Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
- Varicella (chicken pox)
Meningococcal Disease Information
