Leadership Spokane

Since 1982, Leadership Spokane has provided leadership training courses for established and emerging leaders throughout the Spokane community. Whitworth recognizes the dedication and drive it takes to complete the 10-month intensive program and has partnered with Leadership Spokane to fulfill the first MBA course (MB 501 Organizational Behavior & Leadership) for graduates of Leadership Spokane. Whitworth celebrates and supports alumni and community leaders recognized through the Spokane Journal of Business Rising Stars program. This initiative highlights emerging professionals under 40 who demonstrate leadership, innovation and community impact. Every Rising Star winner is offered direct admissions into any graduate studies of business program of their choice.

Executive Women International – Community Partnerships
Whitworth values partnerships with organizations such as Executive Women International (EWI), whose Spokane chapter has been active since 1979. EWI advances professional development, leadership opportunity and community engagement for women in the region.
