Entrepreneurship Summit

Take your learning on the road to scenic locations along the West Coast. This weeklong experience brings business students together with executive-level leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs in daily workshops and learning sessions to get inside the mind of successful change-makers. This destination classroom experience is available for credit and fulfills the MB 530 Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation course requirement for both the MBA and MBL program.

Executive Leadership Series

The Executive Leadership Series is designed for students and professionals ready to realize their potential as leaders within their organizations and communities. Through immersive practicums, outdoor excursions, in-class intensive sessions and online modular content, you'll engage in a multifaceted study of leadership theory and practice as you develop the skills and principles needed for success in higher levels of business. This Summer Term series is available for credit toward the MBA and MBL programs and is offered in certificate format for non-degree-seeking professionals.

Executive Coaching

Whitworth's nine-month executive coaching experience is an exceptional opportunity to further expand your network. Designed to help optimize your professional development and complement the MBA coursework, you can use your executive coaching experience to further differentiate yourself locally and regionally as a graduate of Whitworth's MBA program.

Community Engagement Opportunities

We know how important community connection is for your career and professional development. That's why we collaborate with local employers and organizations to provide intentional opportunities for you to get involved. The Whitworth MBA program supports and sponsors several community events, and is proud to partner with organizations such as Greater Spokane Incorporated, Spokane County United Way Emerging Leaders Society, Leadership Spokane, Spokane Club, Spokane U-District and several others.

Women's Leadership Network

Empower yourself with the knowledge, tools and skills to increase your leadership effectiveness from the classroom to the boardroom. You will learn the mindsets, barriers and behaviors that impact women throughout their lives. The Whitworth Women's Leadership program is designed to equip and inspire high-potential young women on the runway of their career to pursue, navigate and sustain their business careers.
