Important Dates & Timelines: Internships

Academic internships follow the registrar's academic calendars & schedules. All dates are subject to change.

Undergraduate Programs

Spring Term 2024

Feb. 1: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
Feb. 14, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
May 17: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Summer Term 2024

April 2: Pre-registration opens.
May 20: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
May 31, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
Aug. 9: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Fall Term 2024

April 2: Pre-registration opens.
Sept. 4: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
Sept. 17, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
Dec. 13: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Spring Term 2024
