Graduate Commencement Information

Commencement Day Schedule
- 9 a.m.: Graduates arrive at Graves Gym.
- 9:15 a.m.: Front doors open for families and friends of graduates to enter the fieldhouse.
- 10 a.m.: Processional begins.
Note: The 130th Commencement Ceremony will last about one and a half hours.
During the ceremony, pictures will be taken of all candidates as they shake hands with President Taylor by Prior Moments Photography. Pictures will be available for viewing and purchase at Prior Moments Photography.
Due to construction of the Athletics Leadership Center, most of the parking lots around the Fieldhouse will be closed. The few remaining available parking spaces will be reserved for those with mobility needs and the elderly. Guests not in need of special accommodations may park in any other open lot. Graduates and faculty are asked to please park in the lot closest to the HUB (Lot B1) or the lot across from McEachran Hall (Lot A1).
Assistance for the Hearing Impaired
An American Sign Language interpreter will be available at the commencement ceremony. Please ask an usher for directions to the designated ASL seating area.
Wheelchair seating is available on the floor of the fieldhouse. Please ask an usher for assistance in locating the designated seating.
*Please note the Whitworth Fieldhouse is not an ADA compliant facility.
