Marine Corps Battle Color Ceremony

Whitworth University welcomes the Marine Corps Battle Color Detachment made up of 97 Marines who will perform the Battle Color Ceremony that features the U.S. Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, the Silent Drill Platoon and the Marine Corps Color Guard. All are attached to Marine Barracks Washington, also known as the "Oldest Post of the Corps." These Marines appear in hundreds of ceremonies annually across the country and abroad. This event is free, but tickets are required.

Tickets and Seating

Tickets will be required for all guests wishing to attend the Marine Corps Battle Color Ceremony. Guests will be seated inside our fieldhouse on bleachers. Ample accessible seating is available for guests with mobility concerns.

Parking

Parking on campus is limited, and carpooling is highly recommended. If you will be coming to campus with a bus, please email Phil Labrie at plabrie@whitworth.edu for bus parking instructions. Please park in any of the general parking spaces on campus; you will not need a parking pass. View the campus map.

Animals

Only service animals will be allowed to attend in accordance with Whitworth's campus animal policies. Please do not bring pets or emotional support animals to this event.
