Tuesday Chapel Community Worship

Tuesday, May 8, 2018
11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
“Your Kingdom Come: The Book of Revelation for Today” is our theme this semester. Revelation is arguably the most misunderstood, misused, and intimidating book of the Bible. However, what if Revelation is less about end-times formulas and codes and more about God’s ultimate purpose for the universe to renew all of creation and rule alongside his people? In Revelation, the message is clear and convicting: God is the one true God; evil is real and seeks our allegiance via the idols of power and prosperity; Jesus, the slaughtered Lamb, has conquered evil and one day will fully destroy evil; and the Spirit is calling the church to conquer along with the Lamb by following him in his faithful witness, even unto death. Join us this semester in Chapel Community Worship as God grows us as people who witness to and participate in God’s coming Kingdom.
