Policies
The Whitworth University Policies Subcommittee (PSC) was convened in February 2024 to develop a governance structure for university policies, including a framework for consistent policy terminology, policy development and policy review. The PSC had three main priorities:
- Develop an institutional policy process, including a policy on policies.
- Develop a policy review structure and timeline.
- Organize and centralize policies from across the university.
With this work completed and launched, the Policy Portal helps end users access the Whitworth University Policy on Policies, locate specific policies, and utilize resources for policy development and management.

The consumer information page also contains links to important information involving campus safety, financial aid, graduation/retention rates, and other required information that current and prospective students, current and future employees, and the general public need easy access to.
