Scholarships & Grants
Multiple scholarships are available to qualified athletic training students. Internal scholarships for MSAT students are available here. You may also be eligible for external scholarships, including scholarships from the NATA Foundation, NWATA, NCAA (women and minorities), PFATS/NFL Foundation (women and minorities) and F.A. Davis.
Scholarships available to undergraduate students are available through the Whitworth Financial Aid Office.
Work-Study & Off-Campus Employment
Several work-study positions are available to athletic training students. These positions generally range from 5-15 hours per week and depend on the position and desired hours. Work-study hours are flexible and designed so you can keep your clinical and class schedules. Off-campus employment is obtainable; however, clinical experience schedules frequently change with short notice due to the nature of athletics (e.g. rain delays, tournament play, etc.).
Financial aid is available to Whitworth students to support their investment in education. Students do not have to be in a low-income category to qualify, but they do need to apply to be considered for financial aid.
