Favorite Thing About Whitworth: The small size community feel. You are not just a number; your professors really get to know you and care about you and your success.

Advice for Whitworth Applicants: Start early in your school search, so you can make your decision without feeling rushed with deadlines. You might not know exactly what type of school you are looking for at first but try to narrow down your priorities sooner rather than later.

Free-for-All: I was in the Air Force for over eight years where I worked as a physical therapy and occupational therapy technician. During my service I was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. My family keeps me very busy. I am married and we have seven children, two girls and five boys. Most of my free time is spent at my kids' sports activities. Almost year round there is a practice or game to go to, from football, basketball, wrestling, cross country or track, I am usually on the sidelines cheering on my kids. I also like to travel, I have visited the Dominican Republic, Hawaii, as well as various places throughout Mexico. The next vacation destination on my wish list is an epic adventure of classic England, Ireland and Scotland.
