- Providence Urgent Care is located at 551 E. Hawthorne Road, one mile east of Whitworth. The phone number is 509.489.2369. The clinic is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Be sure to have your insurance card(s) with you. Some insurance companies require preauthorization for non-life-threatening situations; read your primary insurance card carefully and call your company in advance, if you are required to do so.
If you have been involved in an accident: Full-time undergraduates, international students, and master-in-teaching students are enrolled in a mandatory accident-insurance policy (EIIA) through Whitworth. You must complete a claim form for payment. (Access the form by clicking here.) Students with the Hard Waiver Supplemental Sickness and Accident Policy through Whitworth must also complete and submit a claim form.
