International Education Center
At the heart of Whitworth University's internationalization efforts is the International Education Center (IEC). The IEC supports the strategic internationalization goals of the institution and drives growth and innovation in global programming, international student services, and global learning assessment. The IEC is located in Hendrick Hall and is comprised of two divisions: International Admissions and Off-Campus Programs.
A division of the International Education Center, international admissions oversees the recruitment, advising and admissions support for all Whitworth University international students. Current Whitworth international students come from 35 countries and every major continent. International admissions staff support our international student community with immigration advising, new student orientation, general counseling, employment guidance, and cultural events that strengthen domestic and international student engagement and learning.
