The Whitworth Office of University Events assists internal departments and external groups in organizing events on campus. Our office is also the main contact for summer conferences and retreats. We pride ourselves on customer service and are here to help with questions, requests and planning.
During the summer, student conference coordinators are available 24 hours a day to ensure that your event runs smoothly, from the moment you arrive to the day of your departure.

Located on 200 acres of beautiful forested land in north Spokane, Whitworth University is the ideal setting for select year-round events, including summer conferences and retreats for qualifying nonprofit organizations. We offer a wide variety of meeting rooms, classrooms and lounge areas that hold between 10 and 240 people. Whitworth is home to red-brick buildings, tall pines and cheery squirrels, as well as wide-open green lawns and first-rate educational spaces.
