Chris Ahsing

Chris Ahsing '07 is the talent partner at Dragonfly Capital, where he advises portfolio companies on hiring, organizational development and people strategy. He works closely with founders and leadership teams to help companies build and scale their teams effectively.
 
Prior to his work at Dragonfly, Ahsing served as head of tech recruiting at Plaid, where he developed and led recruiting strategies for core technical and product functions. He also held recruiting leadership roles at Dropbox, VMware and Google, and worked as a consultant for Jump Capital and several early-stage startups.
 
Originally from Hawai’i, Ahsing earned a B.A. in sociology from Whitworth University and now lives in the Bay Area, where he also coaches football at Northgate High School.
