Group Fitness Classes


The pilates class is intended to push participants in developing strength, flexibility and balance with nothing but gravity and a mat. Each movement will have beginner and advanced modifications for every level of participant and optional challenges. 

When: Mondays and Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m.

Dance Pilates

A fitness class which blends contemporary music with pilates movements and activities. Come and check it out!
