Group Fitness Classes
Come join us for some high-energy dance fitness at dance aerobics. All skills and abilities are welcome. There is no cost to attend, so bring your friends and come dance the night away.

Total Body Circuit Training
A fitness class geared toward muscle toning, improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. These workouts are focused on performing exercises in coached circuits, based on either time or repetitions. Come prepared to sweat.
When: 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturdays and 4-5 p.m. Sundays

This one-hour class is fun, challenging and set to music. On average, a participant will burn around 400-700 calories per class. Furthermore, by attending water aerobics, participants will be improving their muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. And the best part about it is all of this is done without putting pressure on your joints!
