Group Fitness Classes: Spring 2020 Schedule

Dance Aerobics

A high-energy fitness class that blends contemporary music with dance movements and activities. Come check it out!

When: Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Where: Ballet loft at the fieldhouse

Fit for Fun

A full-body cardio workout, with a focus on whole body workouts. Plenty of options for every level to keep your heart rate up in a safe manner. Lots of upbeat music to keep you going.

When: Monday & Wednesday from 7-7:45 a.m.

Yoga

Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation, aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and environment.

When: Sunday & Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
