Room Changes
To change rooms, you first need to speak with your RA or area coordinator. The next step is to complete the Request for Change of Residence Form. Once your request is received and reviewed, you and your roommate will be asked to go through a mediation process. Not all room change requests are granted.
If you move without permission from the associate dean, student affairs, you will be charged for two rooms simultaneously and also incur a $50 improper checkout fee.
