  1. On-Campus Work
    1. Posted and filled quickly. Find on-campus jobs on Handshake.  
    2. Eligibility: On-campus jobs are available to students are available to all students whether they are work study eligible or non-work study students.
  2. Off-Campus Work
    1. Fill out the Off-Campus State Work Study Work Authorization Request Form
      If wanting to work off-campus using your State Work Study award, fill out this request form: https://www.whitworth.edu/administration/studentlife/careerservices/forms/jobs/workauthorization/index.aspx
    2. Eligibility - Theology majors and students with permanent residency outside of Washington state are not eligible to receive Washington State Work Study
    3. Pick up your work authorization form from the student employment program within the center for career & professional development on the main floor of the HUB.
  3. Looking for part time jobs in the community? Find these on Handshake and a local list under "Resources."
  4. Apply on Handshake - All on-campus and off-campus jobs can be found on Handshake. Use the filters to search for on- or off-campus jobs. Students are not assigned jobs. You must apply to all jobs.
  5. Help Applying for Jobs - Make an appointment with a trained career peer coach who can help you:
    1. Create a professional resume in order to apply to most jobs.
    2. Visit Handshake to make an appointment with a career peer coach.
